FirefallDown, be Inspired!

I am really an avid fan of music especially modern rock music. One of my favorite recent rock band group artist is the Firefalldown which is a London based, Filipino-British three piece bring their own brand of melodic funk core to the UK underground scene, combining elements of UK indie rock, skate punk, and Motown. And I proud to say that ”Ako’y isang Pinoy”.

Their music is just my taste, their music is not just shouting and copying style from the others, they have their own styles of music which I absolutely concur and certain that you will also love it. Their music is igniting people hearts and see them come alive. And that’s what I called music.

In their site http://www.firefalldown.com has 3 songs (Commissioned, Eternally, Mr. Rockstar) that can be listened to and have a feel of their music. The media page contains lyrics to the songs as well. Cool and so unique right?

Here is one of the popular songs of Firefalldown entitled “Commissioned”.

Oh! May

Posted 2 weeks, 4 days ago at 1:26 am. 0 comments

May is such a long month for me, other than I’m here at home working, there are so much exciting moments and one of a kind experience.

Since the very 1st day of May up to the 3rd, this very adventurous outing was ever happened in my life, it is the Web Development Team Outing at Saranggani. Saranggani is like an undiscovered (for me) province that may compare to Palawan. Yup! Lots of Untouched natural resources like coral reefs, fresh and cleaned beaches and rivers and lots of other wonderful places. We rode on a van which we rented out through our 3 days trip. We stayed at the Mosqueda Resthouse in Kiamba. It’s not just an ordinary rest house but it’s like a 1st class fully furnished rest house with an air conditioned rooms, complete appliances, bathtub in the bathrooms, and the apple of the eye was the swimming pool. Our first stop was in Pangi River where it’s my first time to ride on a rubber donut tube going downstream of the river. Yeah! River tubing is the best! I really enjoyed it; it’s feels like dying because of the fast current and not to mention the rocks besides. At night, my stomach was so glad to the lechon placed in the dining table and the mouth watering huge shrimps… ozzyy yummy delicious. After the very good dining, we have our very own live band at our rest house… cool isn’t it? And after that, we spent time in pool and getting to know each other as well.

We shop at AyosDito

As a developer, a good quality personal computer or desktop must be chosen accordingly and properly with the right specifications to meet every developer’s need. One of my friends who is also a developer is planning to buy a computer desktop.  He listed his looked-for specifications according to what he really needs. Like for the processor he wanted to avoid logs and he wants to use an application without waiting upon opening it, for the memory as a developer we really do multi tasking and opened several applications needed in the development like dreamweaver, photoshop, browsers that includes Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Opera, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Zend Studio, Acrobat and not to forget the Winamp or the Windows Media Player. Then where these projects should be store of course in a hard drive, developers really requires big spaces of Hard Drive. Then the best of all he choose the high end motherboard for future use.

ayodito

We are looking forward in online buying, buying a desktop online since it is more convenient and much cheaper. My friend introduces me to www.AyosDito.ph and there are a lot of cool gadgets especially desktops are for sale. And currently for are still looking for the desktop because there are a lot to choose from. It’s really hustle free because you can contact the seller directly. Cool.

How websites develop now?

Posted 2 months, 3 weeks ago at 12:25 pm. 5 comments

Everything is now available online. so here are the latest trends in the web development world

I. There are 13 Useful Scripts that you should know

Talking about social bookmarking script, it is very useful in case you will start your code from scratch and just by passing CMS. Most of the websites now want to upgrade their static or limited featured website to something into social bookmarking website, in this feature more people will visit to their website because of active participation and more communication, plus a community will be built.

The Star rating system, I guess this would add convenient to the visitors or members to rate the article , picture, and videos in just one click without loading. This system is higly appreciated by users.

Ajaxplorer. This would be awesome, I remember one of my classmate who wants to pursue a web OS but failed to proposed it as our thesis because the rule that time must create a system that implements the system analysis and Design.

Last month was a long month for me since there are lot events transpires, Moreover here are the following events: ,

I really enjoy the Battle of the bands it somewhat unveils who are the UCIans are peculiarly the songs (most of them are composed songs), the audience and the production of course brought to you by the UIC Executive spearheaded by our President Neil Capricho. But calamitously , I lost my wallet and it caused me super broke on the following days.:(

  • IT Research Presentationread here
  • Job Seeking – too early right? I’ve been to job interviews and one of the interviewe I undergone through was a foreign technopreneur (nosebleed), exams objective test (basics of web development) and actual program of PHP/Mysql, the AWS test? People who pass the AWS are really damn genius people and submitting a resume to IT companies, by the way thanks to him (uuyyy!) he let me copied his resume template.
  • Visited the DabaGNU meeting -I got star struck to the famous Open source gurus here in the Mindanao, they are really the certified IT geek here in our place, they almost know what is latest and they grasp one another, I was like the person who doesn’t speak their language.
  • and Night Outs – never be voided and with them:
