I celebrated my Birthday party last April 4, 2010 instead of April 8 for some reason, my sister also celebrated her thanksgiving day as she accomplished her BSHRM degree in PWC, other than that, it is Sunday so it’s not a working day mostly for us and 8 was Thursday.

The party held at 2nd Floor, Tita, Dz, Anda St. Davao City where few of our friends and relatives came. The party was success, Thanks to my Father who paid the half of the party, to Mon2 (ragingfx.com) who designed our tarpaulin and be the photographer of the night, Ton2 (my brother) who was the DJ (Thanks to macbook) and to our guests who came and made my birthday memorable than ever!

On April 8, 2010 , I was on the office with my co developers , the IloIlo Software Developers were also in Davao that time, Occasionally, we went to Probinsya Buffet for breakfast, I love it there, their foods tastes good! Here are the photos we took with Joe, Maam Tracy, Sir Karlo and Stoic:

Although it helps us to get work easier and faster but also it has this pros aside from these great cons.

Our private life that must be private often or “mostly” been publicize because of the social networking and micro blogging that is the trend nowadays because if you don’t post anything no one will notice you.

We dont usually enjoy our vacation/outing/trips because what matters most is the pictures we will took, the videos we will be captured and ofcourse we still prefer places that has wifi connection to update our twitter and facebook status.

We rely so much on the websites we found on google that some or most of it are fiction, theory and opinion.we all know that wikipedia is not a reliable source of information. It is not entirely a online Encyclopedia.

Teenagers are now more insecure on their body figures, looks and styles because of the photos they saw that is obviously edited by photoshop or any photo manipulated software.

Many reputations were easily ruined because of the so called hacker, hacking others account and post something rudely without the knowledge of the owner of the account. and when people read it, they will be reacted on their own blog and spread it.

Sex scandals are easily and quickly been distributed. and when it is a scandal , you already know how bad it is.

Because of emails, chat and etc.  scammers are increasing and victims are also increasing.

Working hours became 24 hours, why is there outsourcing? because of  Internet right? Most of Filipinos are working at night and sleeping at day, welcome to the Prostitute’s lifestyle! But the great result of this is that many of our talented and intelligent Filipinos are now employed with a higher salary in addition to that, these BPO businesses saves our economy.

Most of the academe professionals uses online examinations, assignments and etc. Cheating is much easier.Yey!

Entertainment people reduces their sales and revenue, pirating, uploading/downloading are so free and easy.

Lies/Stealing are increasing in every way upon using this very cool Technology.

And a lot more to consider.

I belong to an IT industry and I also commit these violation, I mean most of them.but all of these are worst. impact to ourselves and to others. Although it’s okay but still it isn’t okay for me and to all.

When camera cellphone and digicams were common to commoners, memorable moments are now recorded. In taking a video, tapes/CD, expensive video camera is not anymore the only gadget for recording, thanks to the new technology everything is possible whether it has a limited time recording, pixilated still every videos that is being captured is worth it. But the negative effect of it was the spread of sex scandals which is really ruins a person’s life.

Highschool years are yet the best part of school life but this gadgets were not as popular as before. And seeing this memorable videos way back in college really makes me smile.

May is such a long month for me, other than I’m here at home working, there are so much exciting moments and one of a kind experience.

Since the very 1st day of May up to the 3rd, this very adventurous outing was ever happened in my life, it is the Web Development Team Outing at Saranggani. Saranggani is like an undiscovered (for me) province that may compare to Palawan. Yup! Lots of Untouched natural resources like coral reefs, fresh and cleaned beaches and rivers and lots of other wonderful places. We rode on a van which we rented out through our 3 days trip. We stayed at the Mosqueda Resthouse in Kiamba. It’s not just an ordinary rest house but it’s like a 1st class fully furnished rest house with an air conditioned rooms, complete appliances, bathtub in the bathrooms, and the apple of the eye was the swimming pool. Our first stop was in Pangi River where it’s my first time to ride on a rubber donut tube going downstream of the river. Yeah! River tubing is the best! I really enjoyed it; it’s feels like dying because of the fast current and not to mention the rocks besides. At night, my stomach was so glad to the lechon placed in the dining table and the mouth watering huge shrimps… ozzyy yummy delicious. After the very good dining, we have our very own live band at our rest house… cool isn’t it? And after that, we spent time in pool and getting to know each other as well.

March. A month before my entry to the jungle and a month before my birthday. March the last month of my college life. It’s totally heavy series of experiences happen to my life.

First, our final examination I don’t want to talk it anymore especially our Literature and Political Science exams.

Second, the final documentation of our thesis. Expenses + hard work = Graduation.

Last month was a long month for me since there are lot events transpires, Moreover here are the following events: ,

• Students Day- last February 13-14,2009. As a SSG officer as usual I was again charged to set up the SSG attendance system, yet I relished it (love what you do). I really enjoy the Battle of the bands it somewhat unveils who are the UCIans are peculiarly the songs (most of them are composed songs), the audience and the production of course brought to you by the UIC Executive spearheaded by our President Neil Capricho. But calamitously , I lost my wallet and it caused me super broke on the following days.:(

• Job Seeking – too early right? I’ve been to job interviews and one of the interviewe I undergone through was a foreign technopreneur (nosebleed), exams objective test (basics of web development) and actual program of PHP/Mysql, the AWS test? People who pass the AWS are really damn genius people and submitting a resume to IT companies, by the way thanks to him (uuyyy!) he let me copied his resume template.
• Visited the DabaGNU meeting -I got star struck to the famous Open source gurus here in the Mindanao, they are really the certified IT geek here in our place, they almost know what is latest and they grasp one another, I was like the person who doesn’t speak their language.

This past few weeks, my blogs are not updated because we’re so busy with our thesis for us to graduate ofcourse.
My next post will be the result of our Defense, either it would be accepted or rejected.

Blogging is really my tool of expression since 2006 . And now 2008 will end and this will be my last post for 2008. Remember my 2006 and 2007 New Year posts?

My 2008 summary of events and activities that took place in my life.

Let me start of in January- who would forget the month they first bought their very own laptop using their own money. Yeah! The month I bought my Toshiba L200 A410 Laptop aka “baby”. Hehehehe.

January- March, these months are the last three months of being an ITE President. In that position I really experienced the most complicated, independent and hard to handle of my life. I experienced to have an enemies, false accusations and even gossips. But all throughout I still managed to stand firm although I cried but thank God there are my friends that always there for me.

April- May – My birthday I celebrated at our office and at church, our outing at Samal Canibad with my friends in which I, Harvey, Brylle and IC celebrated our birthday. And then these 2 months were my on the job training experiences that says to me “This would be the industry I will be dealing with after school”  , working in a off sourcing company I should say is different  from the others, not to mention the 24 hours open office. It also great working with an professional IT people the SD peeps especially to our senior programmer, the technical support guys who taught us the TRUE networking that must be learned , the HR girls for being suplada all the way (good job!).Also I continue my CCNA course.

June- start of our class and start of my work as a UIC SSG PIO Main also start of our system proposal development. I don’t want to mention the senior uniform chronicle.

June- October – in short the 1^st semester, school, blogging, family, officer, online life. No more no less I think. Oh! Most exciting part was the Intramurals. The 11^th consecutive year’s champion, the Engineering didn’t partake the event, I sympathize these students they want to play but unfortunately they can’t. And in the end of the event at last for the first time, the ITE program proclaimed as the overall Champion. At the end of the semester, me and my classmates went to Samal Fernandez Resort to chill! Yeah!
