Hi guys! It’s been so long since I updated my blog. I was just really busy this fast few days but I don’t wanna talk about it, it’s too private. Anyway, I got an invite from www.sg to cover one of the most fun and musical event here in Singapore together with the famous Nik and Nadia for the Singapop 2011.
I’ve seen a lots of Singapore pop artists and that includes my favorite Olivia Ong!
We arrived there at 6:30pm and the event will start at 8:30 pm, we’re so early right? So we all wait in the red seat with Nik and Nadia.
Oh wait, a brief about Singapop:

The concert will pay tribute to 50 years of pop music development in Singapore, in parallel with 50 years of Singapore’s economic development.
Then the show started with the most incredible host of the night:Belinda and Daniel Ong.
Then it started with a very splendid opening presentation with a very talented performers music score by Singapore’s orchestra.
We have traveled back to 60′s and witness them performing their song and here are some of the performers:
Veronica Young - a very bubbly and full of spirit, She is an inspiration to all senior citizen out there – be happy always and feel young.
She was singing “My Boy Lollipop” cute right?
Then let’s go to the 70′s – the era of Disco, Pop Rock and start of Jackson 5.
Started with Rahimah Rahim
Lee Wei Song, Rachel Chua and 大风吹
Kit Chan
and 90s
Tay Kewei
Dick Lee, Najip Ali and Sheikh Haikel
and today’s century the 21st century:
Taufik Batisah, he is like the mixed Michael Jackson and Bruno Mars of Singapore
Olivia Ong – I can’t believe it I saw her in real life, years before I listened to her songs and admired her and now I am in front of her!!!

And the Finale, Everybody is in the stage:
Look Nik and Nadia are enjoying and also singing
We really had so much fun eventhough most songs were in Mandarin but all songs are incredible, I was really amazed how good and amazing the Singapore Pop Music was and not to mention their singers are too awesome too!
