Finally! Last February 4, 2009, All UIC IT 4A conducted their ASD presentation defense with 7 groups namely (in order of presentation):

1. Team Glamorous (Maricel Tan, Lloyd Gaanan, Jesus Luna)

2. Team Maarte (April Kwong, Jasmin Frigillano, Kurt Giger, Adrian Carado)

3. Metanoia (Billy Villagonzallo, Jonathan Gonzalbo, Louie, Aries Rebuldad)

4. Masaya Ka Na (Ian Charm Torres, Jocel Desales, Von Allegre )

5. Class 4 (Brylle Barriga, Kristine Lagura, Arzi Meode, Jim Magnaye)

6. Ria (Marlo Noval, Vladimir Gio, Ace Aguilar, Stephen Arinto)

7.   Haka (Harvey Villaver, Arman Alcoberes, Karen Liwaya, Angeli Basas)

Our Team started to present by 10:00 am at the Dark Room 3rd Floor, UIC Main. Our panelists were Mr. Jerry Flores as the chairman , Mr. Joseph Yamit and Mr. Arnold Remulta.

To Start with, Jasi presented the objectives, scope and the background of the company, then me and Kurt presented our System this and this. Afterward, our panelist asked questions until we’ve reached to the point that we’re in the middle and sir Eric helped us specifically about the Inventory System and fortunately Mr. arnold asked question about Product return thing and the two panelists realized that, that tools were the functions they looking for (oh! boy!)  so I demo it to them and Finally the presentation was ended! (pweeew!)

After that, we were so glad at last! our hardship and sacrifices finally paid off! The sleepless days, the no study at exam week but finish first the system, the costs (OMG!) not to mention the paypal payment transaction fee from all trial and error since December that reached to Php 400.00 more, the fare, the printing, Kurt’s electric bill and food costs (lol).

Presentation – 30%

Conformance of the developed Information System with the System Requirements – 40%

Conformance of the developed Information System with the project objectives – 30%

INDIVIDUAL GRADE:

Attire – 10%

Articulation – 15%

Confidence – 25%

Mastery of Information System being presented – 50%
